Terms of Service
These terms explain what you may and may not do on Susan AI, and what you can expect from us in return.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of susans-ai.com. By visiting Susan AI or opening a companion chat, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Susan AI. If you do not meet this requirement you must leave the site immediately.
3. Definitions
Site means susans-ai.com. Companion means any AI girlfriend profile presented on Susan AI. Content means text, images, layout and other material published on the Site. You means the person accessing the Site.
4. Nature of the service
Susan AI provides entertainment through conversational companions. Every companion is a fictional character produced by automated systems and is not a real person, regardless of how the conversation reads.
5. No professional advice
Nothing produced by a Susan AI companion constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything discussed in a chat.
6. Account registration
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate details, to keep your credentials confidential and to accept responsibility for all activity taking place under your account.
7. Account security
You must notify Susan AI promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account has been compromised.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use Susan AI lawfully and respectfully, and not to use the Site in any way that interferes with its operation or with another person's use of it.
9. Prohibited content
You must not submit material that is unlawful, that depicts or references minors in any sexual context, that promotes violence or hatred, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
10. Prohibited technical activity
Scraping, automated harvesting, reverse engineering, penetration testing without written permission, and any attempt to bypass access controls on Susan AI are strictly forbidden.
11. Fair usage
Susan AI may apply reasonable limits on request volume to preserve service quality for everyone. Persistent excessive use may result in throttling or suspension.
12. User submissions
You retain ownership of the messages you write. By submitting them you grant Susan AI a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
13. Intellectual property
The Susan AI name, branding, page design, written companion profiles and accompanying imagery are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Susan AI or its licensors.
14. Limited licence to you
Susan AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Site for private, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
15. Restrictions on reuse
You may not copy, republish, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any part of Susan AI without prior written permission, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.
16. Third-party services
Susan AI may rely on, or link to, services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of those services.
17. Fees and payments
Where paid features are offered, prices and billing terms are displayed before purchase. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
18. Cancellations and refunds
Any recurring plan may be cancelled in accordance with the instructions given at the point of purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms presented at that time and by applicable consumer law.
19. Availability
Susan AI aims to keep the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.
20. Changes to the service
We may add, alter, suspend or withdraw features of Susan AI at any time. Where a change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
21. Disclaimer of warranties
Susan AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Susan AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
23. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Susan AI harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful use of the Site.
24. Suspension and termination
Susan AI may suspend or terminate your access without notice where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access would present a risk to the service or its users.
25. Effect of termination
On termination your licence to use Susan AI ends immediately. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
26. Privacy
Your use of Susan AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and handled. The two documents should be read together.
27. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of Susan AI, without regard to conflict of law principles.
28. Dispute resolution
Before commencing formal proceedings you agree to contact Susan AI and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally within thirty days.
29. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
30. Entire agreement and updates
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Susan AI. We may revise them from time to time, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
